Aim of the project: Improving the quality of agro-food products in countries that have become associate members of the European Union through improved training of specialists.
Tasks of the project:
– Elaboration of specialized Master programmes dedicated to the laboratory practice for agro-food specialists;
– Elaboration of specialized courses for postgraduate training of laboratory staff;
– Updating of training carried out by laboratories;
– Developing of new collaborative practices between laboratories and universities on the basis of mutual benefit.
Objective of the project:
– To elaborate references for the specialization “laboratory practice” for Masters of specialties: veterinary medicine, agronomy, animal husbandry, food technology, developed in cooperation between universities and laboratories on the basis of mutual benefit;
– to elaborate curricula and training plan: existing curricula will be completed by new subjects, defined in accordance with the recommendations.
– to train the teams of teachers from every HEI and laboratory staff
– to elaborate courses for post diploma training of laboratory staff of agro-food sector;
– to Incorporate tools of sustainable collaboration between universities and acting laboratories: the inclusion of laboratory specialists in the educational process; the organization of practical courses by laboratories with visiting their units and enterprises; creation of an international platform for the constant exchange of information between laboratory specialists and university professors.
